Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has finally had a chance to look at the game from a different perspective as he is no longer the captain of his IPL franchise.

The wicket-keeper batsman has led an IPL team in each of nine previous seasons, including Chennai Super Kings from 2008 to 2015, and then Pune Supergiants in 2016 after the Chennai franchise was suspended.

However, he was stripped of his duties before the start of the tournament this season and Australia’s Steve Smith was named the skipper of the side for the entire season.

The Australian star started the tournament in fine fashion with a thumping win over Mumbai Indians but they fell to a loss to the Kings XI Punjab in their second game.

The franchise and its players have been making the headlines away from the game as well as the former Indian skipper was targeted Rising Pune Supergiant’s owner Sanjiv Goenka’s brother Harsh Goenka whose tweets saw a huge rage all-around the country.

Goenka tweeted praising Steve Smith for his captaincy and showed no respect to the World Cup winning captain and this did not go down well with the fans.

Stripped of his captaincy and at the heart of the social media controversy, MS Dhoni did not have a good week and the loss to the KIXP will only hurt more.

However, none of that seems to have fazed him as the 36-year old was seen showing off his dance moves in the RPL dressing room.

After the game against the Kings, the Supergiants seemed enthusiastic about their chances for the rest of the season and out came a video of the team having some fun after the game.

MSD himself posted a picture of him shaking a leg and a hip and it did not take long for fans to take notice.

The skipper posted a video of himself dancing on Instagram and it was an instant hit with more than 600,000 views and 4000 comments.
