Just like the rest of the youths in the country, India’s latest batting sensation Prithvi Shaw seems to be inspired with the rising rap culture in Mumbai too. He has time and again showed that how much he is inspired with Hindi raps by posting some lines of those songs on his social media account.
Not very long ago, Shaw had posted a picture of himself on Instagram with the caption – ‘Apna time aayega’ which is a rap from the recent Bollywood movie Gully Boy. The youngster had posted that image while he was gearing up to make a comeback to cricket after recovering an ankle injury.
Few days later, he had posted another line from the movie on Instagram while posing with MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli at Team India’s jersey unveiling.
“Yeh BHAI log jaisa koi Hard ich nahi hai ??????? @virat.kohli @mahi7781 #legends❤️,” he had written.
And now a video showing Prithvi Shaw dancing on popular rap named ‘Machayenge’ sung by Emiway has more or less proved it that he just loves raps. Shaw could be seen dancing on the song while being in a store.

Shaw, meanwhile, recently returned to action in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy after spending nearly three months on the sidelines due to an ankle injury he had sustained on the tour of Australia. He had a slow start in the competition, scoring 10, 8 and 0. But he played a few impressive knock like the 71-run knock against Goa to get back to form.
The youngster is currently gearing up for his second season with Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. Hopes will be sky high from him this season after he impressed last season. He was given a chance last year midway through the season and the youngster had grabbed it with both the hands.
