The ongoing second Test between India and Australia in Delhi began on a special as well as hilarious note. Before the start of the game, Rohit Sharma & Co. decided to give their teammate Cheteshwar Pujara a guard of honour ahead of his 100th Test.
Pujara, on Friday (February 17), became just the 13th Indian cricketer to play 100 or more Tests. Among active Indian cricketers, he is just the second player after Virat Kohli to achieve the incredible feat. The right-handed batsman made his Test debut for India in 2010 and has been an integral part of the team since then.
On Friday, the Indians players made sure to make the occasion special one for Pujara. Before he came out on the field, Rohit Sharma and his teammates lined up near the boundary rope and gave the star batsman a guard of honour.
And it was followed by a hilarious incident. After the players were done with giving guard of honour to Pujara, Rohit Sharma wanted to talk to the players in a team huddle. But even before he could start talking, most of the players ran away much to his frustration.
And as he stood frustrated while calling the players back, Mohammed Siraj could not help but laugh. The players soon returned and had a team huddle before going out to take on Australia.
Here is a clip of the hilarious incident:

Talking about the ongoing game, Team India are once again on top against Australia. At tea on day, Australia were reeling at 199 for 6. Peter Handscomb and skipper Pat Cummins were unbeaten at the time of compiling this report.
India are leading the four-match series after winning the first Test by an innings and 132 runs. A win in Delhi will be enough for the hosts to take an unassailable lead and retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
