The Indian team captain Virat Kohli had some fun before the start of the second T20I against Sri Lanka at Holkar Stadium in Indore on the 7th of January. Kohli went on to imitate Harbhajan Singh’s bowling action and had some fun before the action kickstarted. The Turbanator who is doing commentary for the ongoing series also had a good laugh with the Indian skipper.

Kohli was able to hit the nail on the head with his action acting. The Indian skipper also tried to copy Harbhajan Singh’s reaction after he used to bowl a ball and he was able to nail it. The talisman was seen enjoying himself before the match.

On the other hand, India cruised to a comfortable win as they won by seven wickets and also had seven balls to spare. The hosts chased down 143 convincingly as all the batsmen got off to starts.

Meanwhile, India was right on the money with the ball and never allowed Sri Lanka to tee off. Navdeep Saini was the pick of the bowlers as the gun pacer scalped two wickets and conceded only 18 runs in the four overs he bowled. Saini bowled a thunderous yorker of 147.5 km/h to get rid of Danushka Gunathilaka. Ergo, Saini was awarded the Man of the Match for his performance.

Furthermore, Shardul Thakur scalped three wickets in his final over. Jasprit Bumrah had an ordinary return to International cricket as he took one wicket and conceded 32 runs in his four overs.

On the other hand, KL Rahul was able to hit the ground running for the Indian team. Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan provided a fine base as they added 54 runs in the powerplay overs. Rahul scored 45 whereas Shikhar Dhawan failed to find his timing.
