Yuvraj Singh targets May 6 to return to IPL

Kings XI Punjab are getting ready for Indian Premier League 2018. The squad are training well in Mohali and will first face Delhi Daredevils in their season opener on April 8.

However, before the season officially kicks off, the team are also actively participating in promotional events. Virender Sehwag & Co. have managed to get in a hugely talented pool of players this season and the Kings are at least amongst the favorites to win the title.

Chris Gayle, who was picked in the final round by Kings XI Punjab, is playing an active role in keeping the team spirit high up ahead of the season. As part of a commercial shoot for the new season, Chris Gayle has uploaded an insider video.

In the video, he along with captain Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuvraj Singh is getting ready to make some dance moves. Just ahead of the scheduled dance, the Jamaican has taken a video which provided insights into the shoot.

Although Ashwin was shy to show his moves, Yuvraj Singh was on high tempo as soon as he saw the camera in Gayle’s phone. The swashbuckling left handed Yuvi, soon started his dance moves as Gayle was recording.

In what can be called a hilarious end, Gayle trolled the entire production unit as he was caught up in the video. Actually, everyone were waiting for Chris Gayle to be ready for the shoot.

Kings XI Punjab Looking Strong

The northernmost franchise in IPL, Kings XI Punjab had always found it tough in the league. However, they managed to get in a strong Indian core which could make a huge difference this season.

The likes of Karun Nair, KL Rahul, Yuvraj Singh, Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel meant they have plenty of experience in their squad. But it remains to be seen if they can achieve their targets this season and surprise everyone.
