The Story:
After registering a thumping 105-run win over Windies in the second One-Day International on Sunday, Team India spent some relaxing time with out-of-action Windies all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo.
The all-rounder, who has a huge fan following in India, seems to have a wonderful rapport with the Indian players and it is very much evident with his gestures during the ongoing series. The former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder, who had wished the Men in Blue luck before the start of the series, hosted the whole team at his house after their win.
He also shared a photo of himself with former IPL skipper MS Dhoni and daughter Ziva on his Instagram with the caption:
“It was great to have my brother from another Mother at my house last night along with his beautiful daughter an my mom #champion #djbravo #Family”
India opener Shikhar Dhawan also tweeted a photo of himself with Bravo, Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane.

Out of favour with Windies but in love with Indian players and fans:
Bravo has been a fan favourite in India since he began plying his trade in the lucrative IPL. The colourful West Indian has won each and every heart with his entertaining brand of cricket along with his quirky dance moves on the field. And while he continues to be a popular figure in India, he cannot boast of the same when it comes to international cricket. The star all-rounder along with several other players has fallen out of favour with the cricket board due to the difference over several issues especially the payment terms.
But his relationship with the Indian players, nonetheless, has not taken a beating. Following India’s arrival in the Caribbeans, Bravo had tweeted a welcome message for his ‘machan’ Dhoni and the rest of the players.
Nice to see my machan @msdhoni and #TeamIndia in ??. Wish both the teams best of luck #INDvWI https://t.co/kdzvsdDlAM

Earlier this week, BCCI had also posted a picture on Twitter of Bravo and his brother Darren Bravo visiting the Indian team’s practice session in Trinidad.

India Gets Back To Winning Ways:
The last few days had been quite tough for the Men in Blue. As if the heavy defeat they suffered in the Champions Trophy final at the hands of Pakistan was not enough, Anil Kumble stepped down as the head coach, citing Kohli’s reservations over his style of functioning. But Team India left behind all the controversies and got back to winning ways with a comprehensive 105-run win over Windies.

Batting first, India rode on Ajinkya Rahane’s century and half-centuries from Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan to post 310 for five in 43 overs. In reply, the home side could manage only 205 for six. India lead the five-match series 1-0 with three matches still to be played.
