Former Australian spinner Bradd Hogg is giving his insights regularly on his very YouTube channel – Bradd Hogg Tv. The Narrogin-born Hogg has further opted for the Q&A sessions asked by fans regarding all different cricket teams.

Recently, had also analysed the recently-held ICC World Cup 2019 which hosts England won on the boundary count against New Zealand. On July 14, the regular game ended up on a tie before Super Over had also witnessed a dramatic tie.

Apart from World Cup games, Hogg had taken a couple of questions related to Team India. In the #AskHoggy show, He was asked by one of the Indian fans Vignesh that who according to him, is the better leader – Virat or Rohit.

The 48-year-old left-arm wrist spinner Hogg has backed Rohit for the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, he was quick to admit that Kohli had set an example on and off the field.

Recently, the debate about split captaincy had witnessed cricket pundits trying to defend their points apart from talking about the traits of Rohit and Kohli.

With many believing that Rohit will be a better skipper who also is known to get better from his players as a leader. Besides, some went on to put weight behind Kohli’s dynamic role on the field.

The batting giant had a good track record on his back in the limited-overs fold.

Kohli had helped India to make it to the top of the ICC’s ODI rankings apart from leading from the front in the multi-day format.

In the meantime, Hogg also asserted that Kohli had led from the front to leave an impact. Besides, Hogg had hailed his captaincy skills.

Kohli, who wears his heart on his sleeve, has impressed one and all while marshalling his troops.

Hogg also pointed out that Rohit has four IPL trophies, as Kohli is yet to win a title for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). However, he still backs enthusiastic Kohli to lead the national team with full authority.

“Thanks for putting me under the pump. But (I would pick) Rohit Sharma in IPL because his team has been in the finals a lot more than Virat Kohli’s. But if I was looking for a man to captain the Indian cricket team, it will be Kohli. He leads from the front with the bat, in the field and on the training track. He is the fittest Indian cricketer going around, but he is also a very good tactician. With the way he conducts himself both on and off the field, he has been exceptional over the last one year,” Hogg revealed on a Bradd Hogg YouTube channel.
