VANBURN HOLDER

Vanburn Holder was a fast-medium bowler who generally used to come in as a one-change option. Known for his accuracy, Holder took giant strides in the Test format but fell short in the ODIs. He played only 12 fifty-over games for Windies including the 1975 World Cup. He also took part in the finals of the pinnacle event but went wicketless.
Following his retirement, he was appointed as a first-class umpire in England in 1992.
