Dane Van Niekerk, who has a charming personality, is the current captain of South Africa. Earlier this year, she led the Proteas to the semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2020 but in the rain-curtailed match, her side had a disheartening end.
The allrounder has, so far, played 102 ODIs and 83 T20Is, scoring 2115 and 1839 runs respectively. She has also picked 130 ODI and 63 T20I wickets. Dane is the vital cog for her team and contributes equally with both and ball.
