Ganguly’s contrary decision making paid rich dividends, as India saw many promising names make their mark in the national team. One of them was Yuvraj Singh, Ganguly’s perfect chivalrous protégé.
Yuvi and Ganguly share a very friendly relationship with the latter treating the former as his younger brother. So, it was expected that Yuvi would be one of the super delighted individuals on the occasion the former skipper’s birthday.
He Tweeted:
“Wishing dearest @SGanguly99 many happy returns of the day lots of love dada.”
