Well, there comes the statement from Netherland’s former skipper Peter Borren, which could create a debate in between the Indian fans. The Dutch bowler quoted that Yuvraj Singh is a better player than the current Indian skipper Virat Kohli in his opinion.
Further, he gave a classic example (In his opinion though). The medium-fast bowler quoted that he played against Yuvraj Singh a couple of times, where he failed to get a wicket of him. Further, the same bowler quoted that he took the wicket of Virat Kohli, which says that Yuvraj Singh is a better player than Virat Kohli.
I played against Yuvraj Singh – Peter Borren
Meanwhile, as usual, it didn’t go down well with the Virat Kohli fans. They trolled him back saying that he got the worst economy rate in the T20I format of the game. While the few fans asked him whether is he a cricketer or not?

Digging into his tweet, it read ”I played against Yuvraj a couple of times and even I couldn’t get him out, which makes him a better player than Kohli imo”

Well, on Monday, the former Indian middle-order batsman Yuvraj Singh has called curtains on his glorious career. He achieved quite a few records in the world cricket, which no one had ever done in the entire cricket history.

Yuvraj Singh made his India debut back in 2000 in the ICC Knockout Trophy in Kenya and made an immediate impact when he hit an 80-ball 84 against Australia. He followed that up with a crisp 41 against South Africa as India reached the final.
In total, Yuvraj played 40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is for India. He put together 1900 runs in the longest format, and 8701 in the one-dayers, the format in which he enjoyed the most success. His one-day runs tally places him 22nd in the overall list and seventh among Indians
