After T20 format, there is time for the cricketers to prove their mettle in the T10 cricket. And with the players like Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Hafeez participating in the shortest format, T10 is likely to be conducted around the globe.

Promoting the new format of cricket, the Qatar Cricket Association has announced to conduct their own T10 event.

The ten-overs format brings an ounce extra thrill with it. The rising popularity of the game could be easily analyzed with the success of the Abu Dhabi T10 League.

The Qatar T10 League is deemed to commence from 7th December and will go on till 16 December 2019. Meanwhile, the Asian Town International Cricket Stadium in Doha will be hosting all the matches of the tournament.

With the success of the recently-concluded Abu Dhabi T10 league, Qatar is now stepping in cricket. The QCA has announced the introduction of another T10 league and if things went smooth, the league is supposed to start from 7 Dec.

The tournament will rope the big cricket names like Yuvraj Singh, Angelo Mathews, and Mohammad Hafeez. As per reports, around 73 players have signed up for the tournament that includes 17 Qatari players and 24 players from the Associated nations.

In the meantime, the tournament will see six teams facing off each other in the ten overs format. The six teams are Pearl Gladiators, Flying Oryx, Desert Riders, Swift Gallopers, Falcon Hunter and Heat Stormers. Each team will pick the cricketers with the ability to play big knocks to grab their hands on the trophy.

Meanwhile, the six-hitting cricketer of India already announced retirement from international cricket. He will be seen in individual leagues conducted by different cricket boards.
