Yuvraj Singh, who announced his retirement on 10th of June 2019, now seemed to be too active on the social media platform Twitter while talking about motivation, Wimbledon and much more. He had produced an outstanding show in the 2011 World Cup at home by emerging as the Player of the Tournament. Yuvraj also accumulated 362 runs apart from 15 scalps under his belt.
The southpaw had done exceedingly well at the No. 4 position for India. But following his absence, the woes continue to haunt India from time to time.
Moreover, many believed that India didn’t get any proper replacement for the particular spot.
However, the veteran cricketer Yuvraj himself hadn’t got an extended run post-2017. He had failed to impress the selectors before making up his mind for bidding adieu to the game.
Pertinently, during his heydays, Yuvraj had produced a scintillating show in the run-chase.
Apart from his NatWest brilliance alongside Mohammad Kaif, Yuvraj had slammed six sixes on the bowling of Stuart Broad in the 2007 Twenty20 World Cup.
The 37-year-old Punjab-based all-rounder had made his international debut in 2000. He had featured in 304 ODIs, 40 Tests and 58 T20Is for India.
Spinning it in his way:

Recently, legendary spin duo; Shane Warne and Harbhajan Singh had posed for a photograph on which Yuvraj had cracked a joke after veteran Indian off-spinner Harbhajan had posted a picture on Instagram.
Harbhajan, who had done a remarkable job for India, is in the United Kingdom (UK) to analyse ICC World Cup 2019 games for the broadcasting giant Star Sports.
The 39-year-old Harbhajan Singh had made his debut in 1998. It further saw him featuring in 236 ODIs, 103 Tests and 28 T20Is.
The Jalandhar-based Harbhajan had termed Warne as ‘magician’ while expressing happiness on their meeting at Edgbaston.
“Magician bowler @shanewarne23 Good to see you yesterday,” Habhajan posted on micro-blogging website.
Here’s how Yuvraj has hilariously responded to the veteran duo.
“Legends of spinning the ball and hitting the rough areas consistently on and off the field,” Yuvraj wrote in a comment.
To which Harbhajan responded “paaaaaji”.
