Zaheer Khan: Ishant Sharma delivered when India needed him

Ishant Sharma took a match-winning seven-wicket protuberance in the team`s 95-run win in the first Test against England. His performance guided India to only their second Test win at the Lord’s cricket ground. Zaheer Khan was also happy when he watched Indians they utilized the English conditions at London tactically. According to Zaheer Khan, this win over England will particularly be good for Ishant as he will be encouraged and charged up by his own performance.

Ishant gave his career best performance that is 7/74, to guide India to their first win at the ‘Mukkah of Cricket’ since 1986.
