Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge Gets Married in Court

The wedding season is on the rise among Indian cricketers as after Bhuvneshwar Kumar it is former Indian pacer Zaheer Khan who got married to Chakde India famed girl Sagarika Ghatge in court today. According to a report published in Bombay Times, the wedding was an “intimate, homely affair which only included close family members and friends.
Following the wedding, there will be a cocktail party at a 5 Star hotel in the evening. The Mehendi Ceremony will be held on Sunday which will be followed by a grand reception on Monday evening. Meanwhile earlier on Wednesday Sagarika’s co-star from Chakde India, Viday Malavade shared the to be bride’s photos on social media.
Sagarika looks pretty beautiful in those pictures and poses for the camera with a smile. She was also seen adorning a lot of jewellery. Vidya titled the image, “The Mad bride is here”. She also wrote: “And the madness begins -tomorrow. Blessings and more blessings to my gorgeous sister from another mister.”

Sagarika’s co-star Vidya also shared the white and golden piece of wedding card of Zaheer and Sagarika in an Instagram live video. The invitation is for their marriage on November 27 at the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower in Mumbai. The invitation comes with a box full of chocolates in a customised wrapper bearing the logo made from the initials of Zaheer and Sagarika.

Ghatge made her Bollywood debut in 2007 with the film Chakde India where she portrayed the role of Preity Sabarwal who was the captain of the Chandigarh Hockey State team. She was also seen dating a cricketer in that movie but later rejected his proposal when her team lifted the World Cup as she wanted to realise his dream.
Se has also starred in other films like ‘Rush” and “Irada”. She also starred in a Marathi film ‘Premachi Goshra” and Punjabi film “Dildariyaan”. She will be next seen in a bilingual film called ‘Haadsa”.
