In a thrilling ODI game, Zimbabwe created havoc as they defeated the Kiwis in style. New Zealand, batting first got to a respectable total of 303 in the allocated 50 overs. For the visitors, it was Ross Taylor who performed brilliantly, as he made a ton. Kane Williamson too assisted well as he was dismissed for 97.

However, the hero of the day was none other than Craig Ervine. Ervine played a knock of high caliber as he ensured that the hosts scaled down the target. Zimbabwe truly is a side, which is on the rise.
