10 games to keep you busy this international break 1

After a month of insane action, domestic leagues all around Europe will take a much needed break this week and the next but there will be no respite for star players around the globe who will be busy with the World Cup qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The last international break also produced some brilliant action with some spicy matchups and there are similar games this time as well to keep the fans busy.

So here are 10 international fixtures to keep you busy during the international break:

Netherlands vs Belgium (Friendly):
Wednesday, 9th November; Amsterdam Arena; KO: 7:45 pm BST (1:15am IST on Thursday)

To warm us up for the break, Netherlands host Belgium at home in a feisty affair that is sure to produce some entertainment.

Colombia vs Chile (WC Qualification; South America):

The Copa America 2016 winner Chile will start their qualifying campaign in this break with a trip to Colombia to face Jose Pekerman’s skilled side.

The biggest game in the next two weeks will be played between Brazil and Argentina on Thursday. Both teams will be fighting for a place in the next round and are sure to be going for the kill.

FIFA’s poppy ban will overshadow this spicy affair between England and Scotland as both teams are set to sport the banned poppies on their jerseys on the night.

A Zlatan-less Sweden have been superb so far this campaign and are at the top of the table in group A and will travel to Paris to try and consolidate their place in the qualifiers.

Back to the qualifiers, Argentina will play their second one in this break and will welcome Colombia to San Juan to try and take an early step into the next round.
