Female Argentina fans who took the internet by storm after going topless at the 2022 FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and France have successfully fled to Europe, escaping any punishment by Qatar authorities. The Qatar Tourism board had explicitly issued guidelines for the fans to maintain “modesty” with their dressing and avoid going topless at the eight World Cup venues during the tournament.
However, many of the fans, especially the female ones smashed the rules left and right after flashing their topless bodies at the cameras during the celebrations after Argentina won the final against France. The fans present around them were rather bust in snapping up the photos of the two female fans, Noe and Milu Barbiie than Lionel Messi and co winning the ultimate prize.

The 2022 World Cup final served a mouthwatering 120 minutes plus the penalty shootout, which finally gave us the winner in Argentina. Although it could have been a matter of 90 minutes, had Argentina held on their comfortable two goal lead. A penalty from Messi and a a swift counter attack finished by Angel di Maria had the La Albiceleste in the driving seat to achieve glory in the regular time itself.
However, Kylian Mbappe came up with a plot twister, scoring two goals in two minutes in the final ten minutes of the regular time to take the game all the way to the extra-time. Messi was once again the difference for his side, putting them into the lead in the second half of the extra time. But his PSG teammate Mbappe wasn’t letting him have his day, pulling back France level with two minutes to go.
A last-minute stunning save from Argentina’s Emi Martinez forced the penalty shootout, which Messi and co comfortably sailed through watching France miss two of their spot-kicks. Messi and Argentina earned their third star as Mbappe and France had to face agony. The Sky Blue fans at the Lusail were sent into a frenzy, during which only Noe and Milu Barbiie went topless to celebrate Argentina’s win.
They were then escorted out of the stadium by the Qatar authorities, as fans all over the world feared for the duo’s safety. Since the Gulf has strict rules for such antics, the two ladies were facing a jail term for breaching the rules. But one of them, Noe, has posted an updated that they have escaped the Qatar authorities and their punishment, as she posted a pic of herself with her friend with a caption:
“I managed to escape Qatar and find refuge in the European Union.”
Qatar Tourism board had already issued strict rules and regulations about such stunts, as a statement from them prior to the tournament had read:
“Attitudes towards dressing in Qatar are relaxed, but visitors [men as well as women] are expected to show respect for the local culture by avoiding excessively revealing clothes in public. It is generally recommended for men and women to ensure their shoulders and knees are covered.”
