  1. Youth development:

Like Louis van Gaal at Manchester United, the biggest thing Arsene Wenger brings to the club is his eye for young talent.

Mohammad El Nenny, the only outfield acquisition by Wenger this season has already shown what  he is capable of and has earned himself a consistent place in the starting XI. The rise of Alex Iwobi, the young and exciting prospect has once again shown that the Frenchman is not afraid to give his fringe players a chance in big games. Hector Bellerin, named in the PFA team of the year for EPL is another such youngster who has benefitted from Wenger’s faith.

He has already saved lots of money over the years for the club and even in the current season, he is nurturing young talent with hardy and costs. This is not something that can be found in many managers nowadays and will be hard to replace.
