Aaron Ramsey’s Hilarious Reaction To Jose Mourinho’s Penalty Protest 1

In what was a dull opening 45 minutes between Manchester United and Arsenal, the biggest talking point was undoubtedly Antonio Valencia’s penalty shout.

The right-back knocked the ball past Nacho Monreal and fell under the Spaniard’s pressure in the 18-yard box, with Old Trafford – and Jose Mourinho – erupting.

Referee Andre Marriner waved away the protests to the dismay of the home fans, although replays showed Valencia went down far too easily.

No one was more annoyed with the decision than Mourinho, though.

Cameras quickly panned on to the Portuguese throwing his arms in the air and shouting, clearly angered by not being awarded a spot kick.

Cue a brilliant reaction from Aaron Ramsey who, while collecting the ball for a throw-in, wore a big grin as he laughed at Mourinho.

RAMSEY LAUGHS AT MOURINHO

And Arsenal fans were absolutely loving it, even if they did consider Ramsey’s actions to be the biggest contribution he made throughout the first half.

Mourinho probably thought he would have the last laugh when Juan Mata opened the scoring with 68 minutes played.

From Ander Herrera’s clever cut back to the penalty spot, the Spaniard fired past Petr Cech.

But up stepped Olivier Giroud with minutes remaining to secure Arsenal a vital – and completely undeserved – point, powering a header past David de Gea.

United, who dominated for most of the game, will look at the game as two points lost.
