Griezmann, 22, has scored 15 times this season in the La Liga, while Digne who plays as a left-back for Paris Saint-Germain, was impressive in the U-20 World Cup.

Eric Abidal and Samir Nasri have not made it into the France squad for the upcoming friendly against the Netherlands. Manager Didier Deschamps included Antoine Griezmann and Paris Saint-Germain defender Lucas Digne in the 24-man squad.

“I want to inform you that the match is a complete sell-out, which in these times is good news,” said Deschamps.

Nasri could miss his second straight World Cup, as he is still recovering from a knee injury.
