The Premier League is host to some of the best talents in world football and the summer transfer window saw an influx of star players that have taken the league by a strong already.
The clubs in the league spent more than a billion in the transfer window to improve on their squads but with the January transfer window coming up, the clubs around the country are getting ready to splash the cash yet again.
A number of star players have been linked to big money moves in January and one player who might actually shift to England is Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.
With 17-goals already this season, the 20-year old is one of the most exciting prospects in world football and has been attracting interests from Premier League clubs even before the start of the season.
Having played at every junior level for the French national team, the 6ft striker is waiting for his first international call up at the age of 20 and is destined to huge things in the future.
It is now revealed that every top club in the Premier League is monitoring his situation and that Arsenal and Liverpool lead the race for his signature.
Arsenal are desperate for a striker to add to their squad after Wenger has failed to use both Olivier Giroud and Lucas Perez deciding to stick to a false-9 in Alexis Sanchez.
Though the Chilean has been in sublime form, Wenger will know that it will be important for him to sign a regular goal scorer and a target man and he has now reportedly identified Dembele as the perfect option for the squad for years to come.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have been hit by an injury crisis with Danny Ings ruled out for the rest of the season. Striker Daniel Sturridge and playmaker Philippe Coutinho also picked up injuries recently and are not available for a few games while winger Sadio Mane is set to leave the club for up to a month in January to play in the AFCON.
So Klopp is also desperate for an attacker and believes Dembele to be a perfect fit to his style of play at Anfield.
The 20-year old moved to Celtic from Fulham on a free transfer but is now understood to be valued at £20m for any potential buyers and Manchester City are also reportedly ready to enter the race for his signature.
At his age, he is a player who can potentially become world class and if Celtic are ready to let him leave, there will be a bidding war for him beyond doubt.
Do you think Dembele will be a hit in the Premier League?
