Arsenal Break RECORD And Create History With Their 3-2 Win Against Ludogorets

Arsenal have managed a nerve racking victory against Bulgarian champions Ludogorets last night as they came back from a two goal deficit to clinch the game 3-2 in the dying moments of the game.

The brilliance of Mesut Ozil to take on Ludogorets goalkeeper and defenders to score a dream goal has helped Arsenal find a winner with a couple of minutes left in the game. The Gunners thus ensured they remain at the top of the table and are on course to move to the knock-out phase as table toppers which will help them eliminate drawing against European heavyweights.

With their stunning victory against Ludogorets, Gunners have scripted history as they became the first side ever to win the game three times after a two-goal deficit in the history of Champions League since its inception.

Despite being down two goals under 20 minutes, Arsenal have fought back much to the delight of the travelling contingent as they have managed to square off at 2-2 by the end of first half.

The Gunners further dominated the game in the second half as they have put the Bulgarian champions on the back foot and capped off the game with a memorable goal from Mesut Ozil which is arguably the goal of the season for Gunners this season.

Arsenal earlier made similar record during the 2005-06 season when they managed 10 clean sheets in a row. The record still stands firm even today but the Gunners have failed to clinch the European glory that year as they lost to Barcelona in finals. Arsene Wenger is determined to give the club a huge success this year as he is into his last season as manager at Emirates and is hugely tipped to leave the club at the end of the season.
