Arsenal fans get excited as Chile Radio confirms that Arturo Vidal has signed for the Gunners.
Vidal is currently playing a key role for Chile at Copa America as the hosts are optimistic about their chances in the competition.
Arsenal was linked with the Juventus box to box midfieleder in recent weeks. The gossip in recent hours stems from Chilean journalist Hernán Feler, who confirmed Arsenal have signed Vidal on radio.
Hernán Feler is known as a good source, as Arsenal fans claim that the Chilean was the first to claim about Arsenal’s capture of superstar Chilean winger Alexis Sanchez last season.
And, this particular journalist has been calling this transfer now for a few days.
Feler retweeted the first Tweet below, so is clearly happy to stoke up the rumours and back up his claim.
.. @hfeler just confirmed on radio that Arturo Vidal to Arsenal is a done deal. 5 year contract. Same guy who 1st reported Alexis to Arsenal
