Gunners make Mathieu enquiry:
Arsenal are desperate for a central defender after injuries to two of their senior defenders in the pre-season.
The manager has been linked with a number of players recently but Barcelona’s Jeremy Mathieu is the latest name linked with the club. It is revealed that Arsenal have made an enquiry for his signature and that a they might make a move for the player in the coming days.
