The shot-stopper who fell out of favor at Arsenal after his dressing room antics last year was loaned out to Roma for the second half of the last season and is now on a verge of leaving the club this summer.
It is understood that Wenger is not really having plans for the 26-year old at Arsenal next season and is happy for him to leave the club this summer. It is also revealed that the two clubs have agreed on a deal in principle for a loan move and that the player will undergo a formal medical in days to come.
