Improved bid for French star:
Arsenal are desperate for a striker this summer and have been looking all around Europe for a suitable one.
French star Alexander Lacazette, who has been in great form off late for Lyon is currently the top target for Wenger according to reports. The manager wants to add the 25-year old to his squad but was rejected in his first bid for £31.8million to bring the player to the Emirates this summer.
But it is now understood that Wenger is likely to improve on that bid for upto £34m and is ready to meet the French club’s valuation for the player to land him this summer. It is to be seen as to how far Arsenal can splash the cash for the 21-goal star.
