Wenger coy over Mahrez signings:
The Leicester City hero is on the verge of a move to Emirates this summer but recent reports have suggested that a deal has stalled between the two parties.
It is understood that Arsene Wenger was present at PSG’s 4-0 victory over the Premier League champions and rumors surfaced that the manager was there to finalize a deal for Mahrez. However, all such talks were soon squashed when the manager denied or accepted that he is making a move for the Algerian international.
“I cannot give you a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ because we do not publicize our transfer interest and the best way to make things happen is to keep it as secret as possible,” Wenger said, increasing the suspense in the winger’s move.
