In what comes as a bizarre story, Arsene Wenger has reportedly revealed that the England U-21 international is available for loan this summer.
He had a decent outing against Liverpool at center back and was replaced by Koscielny for the game against Leicester but with Mertesaker and Gabriel already injured, it is hard to understand why Wenger would let the youngster leave this summer.
