Starlet going out on loan:
The Gunners have always been happy to send young stars to clubs away from London to try and give them some exposure.
This season, they are looking to send Jon Toral out on loan. Arsene Wenger has already given the green light for his loan deal and Rangers are the first club to register their interest. The 21-year old is expected to join the Scottish side anytime soon. (Daily Star)
