Arsenal is set to face Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad at Emirates on Match Day 3 as they look to tighten their grip at the top of their group which would help them ensure eliminating the likes of Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid in the Round of 16.

The Gunners are on a roll under Arsene Wenger over the past few weeks as they now at the top of the Premier League as they equaled Manchester City’s 19 points from the opening eight league games. Arsenal has also impressed in Champions League this season as they clinched a valuable point against PSG away from home.

Arsenal is the favorites going into the game as they have now won six Premier League games in a row and have not lost a single game across any competition for over two months now. Here we look at the predicted lineup for Arsenal as they are set to face Ludogorets in an important Champions League clash on Wednesday.

David Ospina is expected to start in the goal ahead of Petr Cech as Wenger has opted to keep the Colombian between the sticks in European games since the start of the season.

Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny are the automatic starters in the central defense as the duo looked reliable and dominant against opposition attackers which have been one of the main reasons for the impressive run of the team.

Hector Bellerin is set to start on the right side of the defense as the Spaniard has impressed in both attack and defense with his pace. Monreal is expected to be fielded on the other side of the defense as both the Spanish wing-backs have been impressive since the start the of the season.

Granit Xhaka who was handed a three-match ban in the league would be starting as he would not be part of the team in both Premier League and EFL Cup games in the next three fixtures. While Santi Cazorla is expected to start as his partner while Coquelin who has recovered from his injury could start from the bench.

Theo Walcott has been in the form of his life and is the best attacker for Arsenal in the recent weeks. He will start on the right wing while Iwobi is expected to be fielded on the left wing as Wenger is happy with the progress of the young winger.

Mesut Ozil who has marked his birthday with a goal against Swansea last Saturday will play the No.10 role which he made his own since signing for the club. New signing Perez could be given a nod as the Spaniard has now recovered from a knee injury as Wenger could be tempted to rest Alexis Sanchez in a relatively low profile game.
