When Bischoff moved to Arsenal, Arsene Wenger, the then manager knew about the risk he was taking with his injury history. However, the manager was confident of his abilities to turn him into a top class midfielder which only backfired. He was never injury free consistently and failed to cement a palace at the Emirates.
