Alexis Sanchez and his panenka helped Arsenal to a nerve wrecking win against Burnley at the Emirates this weekend. The Gunners were unable to create enough chances on the night and it was frustrating for everyone involved with the club.
But the manager seemed to have taken it all too seriously as he got into a tussle with the officials on the touchline during the game.
Arsenal took the lead through Shkodran Mustafi at the hour mark but Granit Xhaka put in a malicious two-footed challenge on Steven Defour which got him sent off.
This was the second time in his Arsenal career that the Swedish defender was sent off and this saw the Gunners pushed on to the back foot for the rest of the game.
Sean Dyche’s side started to pile up the pressure and got their chance to equalize when Francis Coquelin fouled Ashley Barnes inside the penalty are in the 93rd minute.
Referee Jon Moss awarded Andre Gray a penalty in the dying minutes of the game which was later converted but Arsene Wenger was convinced that it was the wrong decision and got himself sent off in protest.

Wenger was furious with the decision to award Burnley the spot kick and he was all over the 4th official in protest of the decision by the onfield referee.
The manager had a heated exchange with fourth official Anthony Taylor before walking to stand in the tunnel at the Emirates Stadium.
When the referee asked the Arsenal manager to retreat further, Wenger was caught on camera pushing the fourth official before stewards intervened.

Though Alexis Sanchez later scored a 98th-minute winner to give his side all three points, Wenger, is now charged by the FA for his conduct during the game.
It is understood that the Arsenal manager now faces a touchline ban for the next few games of the season and could be in for more punishment.
For a similar incident earlier in 2012, Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew was fined for a similar incident by the FA. Pardew received a fine £20,000 and banned for two matches and Wenger is expected to face similar charges in the upcoming days.
The FA will, however, wait for Moss’s report before deciding on a course of action.
Arsenal however headed into the 2nd place in the points table with this victory and are just 8 points off Chelsea at the top of the table.
So the manager will hope that this ban will not affect the team’s progress in the Premier League.
