Arsneal vs Paris Saint Germain Predicted Lineups: Find Out Who Misses Out 1

Arsenal are set to face Paris saint Germain in a crunch game that will decide the top spot in their group as both sides are set to push for nothing less than a victory.

The Gunners are considered favorites for this game despite their recent dip of form as the team looked very impressive so far this season. The team is on 17-game unbeaten run that has started in late August after their 4-3 defeat to Liverpool in their season opener.

The Gunners know the importance of finishing first in the group as they have failed to reach the quarterfinals in each of their last six campaigns as they faced the likes of Bayern Munich and Barcelona in the round of 16 four times in the last six years.

A top spot in the group could help them eliminate most of the European giants but the new draw system could yet land them in trouble as the likes of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid are currently second in their respective groups.

However, despite other results Arsenal are determined to prove that they are good enough to beat a top side in Europe. Here we look at how Arsenal could possibly line up against PSG on the big Wednesday night at Emirates.

David Ospina is set to start between the sticks as Wenger has preferred the Colombian ahead of Petr Cech in the Champions League since the start of the season.

With Hector Bellerin ruled out for foure weeks, Carl Jenkinson who has done a decent job against Manchester United last week is set to be handed his first Champions League start of the season.

Centre backs Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny will be having a huge role to play in the outcome of the game while Monreal is expected to be fielded on the left side of the defense.

Santi Cazorla will miss the game as he is still recovering from the Achilles injury he suffered against Ludogorets which would see the duo of Francis Coquelin and Granit Xhaka in central defensive midfield.

Theo Walcott who has impresses since the start of the season would be keen to replicate his success from right side of the field while Alexis sasnchez is expected to be moved to the role of left winger.

Mesut Ozil who has played a great role in the Champions League campaign this season will play the No.10 role while Olivier Gioud who has been the super substitute for the club so far this season is expected to be handed a start in the crunch game.
