Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are yet to win a game this year in the Premier League as they managed to take just 2 points from their last three league games this month.
After the draw against Sunderland, Liverpool managed to take just a point from Manchester United and were embarrassingly defeated for the first time at Anfield by Swansea, ending their impressive home run for more than a year.
The manager will be furious with the performances of his side recently but he will know that the squad has enough quality to compete with the best in the future.

According to reports, former Southampton duo Dejan Lovren and Adam Lallana are expected to be offered renewed contracts this month with Liverpool confident that the duo will put pen to paper before deadline day.
Both players joined the club under then manager Brendan Rodgers but failed to have an impact in the first couple of seasons at the club. However, the duo look completely refined as players under the new manager and are now important members of the squad at Anfield.
Lallana, who was the skipper of the Southampton side when he moved to Liverpool, took his time to settle into the atmosphere at Anfield and is now one of their in form players in the midfield. He is in the middle of one of his most productive seasons in front of goal and at his age, is only getting better in the next couple of years.
His form has seen European giants PSG make a move for him in the summer but Klopp is now determined to keep him and is ready to offer him a new deal.
Dejan Lovren, who was hated an year and a half ago at the club, is now their first choice center back alongside Joel Matip and though Klopp has been looking at other options recently, he is integral to his plans this season.
He has cemented a place in the starting XI and is expected to stay at the club for a long time.
Contracts of both the players expire in the summer of 2019 and Liverpool are now desperate to get them to sign new deals.
