Premier League legend to be sold for £7 million profit by Fenerbahce, is he coming back to EPL?!
Former Manchester United and Arsenal striker Robin van Persie could be sold for a massive £7 million profit by Fenerbahce, according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish outlet Fotomac claims that the Chinese Super League side Hebei China Fortune are ready to offer £10.8 million for the Dutch international.
The 33-year old has moved to Turkish league last summer after falling out with former Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford. He was signed for a mere £3.8m by Fenerbahce in a bargain deal.
He has managed 48 appearances for the Turkish outfit last season and has slowly started being the integral part of the club after being ousted from the squad for a while. He has scored an impressive 22 goals for Fenerbahce last season and has been one of the best strikers in Turkey despite his age.
The Chinese League is known for massive money as they are ready to rope him in with massive wages which could tempt the player to make a move. Meanwhile, Fenerbahce are looking to use the funds to make a move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Ben Arfa.
Arfa has lost his place in the first team as he is frustrated with his life at Paris with limited opportunities which could help Fenerbahce make a possible deal for the winger.
Van Persie has recently received the award for his outrageous volley against Aston Villa at Legends of Football ceremony and has been one of the best strikers to ever grace Premier League. He has also managed to win the Premier League title with Manchester United in 2012-13 after making a controversial move from Arsenal.
