Breaking: French champions interested in two outcasts from Manchester clubs 1
Bastian Schweinsteiger

According to the reports from Daily Star, French Champions Paris Saint-Germain are interested to sign Manchester United outcast Bastian Schweinsteiger and Manchester City outcast Yaya Toure.

Bastian Schweinsteiger is completely ignored by new manager Jose Mourinho as he was banished to reserves and have not yet made a single appearance for the club this season. While Yaya Toure is facing difficult situation under Pep Guardiola.

Yaya Toure was snubbed by Pep Guardiola recently as he is not even picked for the Champions League squad for Manchester City. The 33-year old Ivorian international is expected to remain away from first team as his agent has made sensational comments on Pep Guardiola which soared the relationship further.

The 33-year old is set to be out of contract next summer and Manchester City would be keen to let him go for the French champions if an offer arrives this January.

Meanwhile, Bastian Schweinsteiger is also facing a similar situation as Manchester United has failed to offload him during the summer as he was considered surplus to the club’s requirements according to new manager Jose Mourinho.

The French champions are reportedly willing to offer a £1.5 million for Yaya Toure in an attempt to tempt the Citizens as they are ready to offload him as his huge £230,000-per-week wages are considered a burden after his reduced importance to the first team this season.

Manchester United have signed Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich last summer under Louis van Gaal for a £6.7 million, but the Red Devils have put the German as a loss in their club accounts which were announced earlier this month as they became the first English team to post £500 million annual figures. He earns a massive £180,000-a-week wages as Red Devils are keen to let him go away from Old Trafford.
