Breaking- Jurgen Klopp sent scouts to watch exciting German star 1

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has sent scouts to watch Borussia Monchengladbach young sensation Mahmoud Dahoud when they faced off against Manchester City at Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, according to reports.

The 20-year old is highly rated by Jurgen Klopp as he continues scouting him continuously with a move expected in January. The German U-21 international has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield this summer but the move could not materialize as Borussia Monchengladbach were determined to keep hold of their star.

The youngster is on receiving end when Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City thrashed Gladbach by 4-0. According to Daily Express, Reds’ boss Klopp has not given up on signing the 20-year old midfielder as it is understood that he is keen to plot a sensational £25 million bid in January to lure the player away from Bundesliga.

Dahoud currently has a contract with Monchengladbach till 2018 and could be available for a cut-price deal next summer but Klopp is determined to sign him earlier as he is not interested in competition from other clubs cometh the next summer.

The 20-year old is currently refusing to sign a new contract as Gladbach are keen to tie him down to a new deal. This has boosted the chances of Reds to sign the midfielder as they are ready to offer a massive fee to land him.

He could be available for as little as £8.3 million next summer but Klopp is keen to sign him for a massive £25 million this January. However, Reds could also face a massive battle with Italian champions Juventus as the Old Lady have also expressed their interest in signing him.

The 20-year old is set to play an important role for Borussia Monchengladbach as he remains an integral part of the squad for the current season as he already made four appearances for the club so far this season.
