Leicester City 0-3 Chelsea: Twitter Reacts As Blues Thrash Defending Champs

After seeing their 13-match unbeaten run coming to an at White Hart Lane in their last game, Premier League leaders Chelsea bounced back to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 win over defending champions Leicester City.
Meanwhile, their task of returning to winning ways became tough when top-scorer Diego Costa was dropped from the squad but Marco Alonso’s brace and Pedro’s strike did not let them miss the Spanish striker as the Stamford Bridge outfit opened up a seven-point lead at the top.
The Blues got off to a brilliant start as Alonso fired them to the lead in only the sixth minute when Eden Hazard poked a Cesar Azpilicueta cross to Alonso who made no mistake in finding the back of the net. Apart from the goal, neither of the two teams could make build any substantial attack as the half ended with Chelsea maintaining their one goal advantage. Antonio Conte’s men then got the much-needed breathing space when Alonso struck six minutes into the second half to double the lead.
He came close to scoring his first hat-trick in a Chelsea shirt when his volley from the edge of the penalty box missed the target by a whisker. Shortly afterwards, Pedro put the game to the bed with a header from the close range.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the match:

This time last season, Leicester were 28 points ahead of Chelsea. A year later, Chelsea are 28 points of Leicester. This league, man.

Gotta say, with the goal celebrations today, Chelsea have looked a team united regardless of what else is going on behind the scenes.
