His holiday however may have turned into a mayhem after the latest incident involving the police. But the tension intensified when it turned out be a case of ‘mistake identity’.

Italian Police ‘arrest’ Tiemoue Bakayoko

Tancredi Palmeri, an Italian journalist brought the incident to the light by re-tweeting the video of the incident.

It can be clearly seen in the video that Bakayoko is being pushed outside of his car by the police. One of the officers searches the midfielder and empties his pockets on the roof top of their police car.

While the other two officers horrifyingly point gun at Bakayoko’s car. The identity of another person in the car is still undisclosed, who was also held at a gunpoint by a female officer.

But the officers apparently draw back their weapons as they seem to have understood their mistake. It was another they wanted but in a grave mistake held Bakayoko.

Nonetheless, they apologized to the midfielder and let him go safely. Tancredi with his tweet reported, “Shocking footage of Milan’s Bakayoko in Milan’s downtown held at gunpoint by police cause taken for someone else.

“Check when one of cop goes telling to the colleague searching him that it’s not the suspect but a Milan player, and the cop saying “WHO?!?”.

Meanwhile, Tiemoue Bakayoko is reportedly on the verge of joining Marseille according to French publication Foot Mercato. The 27-year-old has agreed personal terms and will now terminate his loan with AC Milan.
