Chelsea star Eden Hazard could leave the club next summer if they fail to qualify for Champions League, according to reports in Italy.
The 25-year old currently has a contract till 2020 at Stamford Bridge. According to Tuttomercatoweb, Italian champions Juventus are keen to sign him next summer as Hazard could push the move if Blues fail to make it to top four this season.
