Chelsea loanee Mario Palisic could return to Stamford Bridge in January, his agent has said. The 21-year old is currently on a loan spell at AC Milan on a season long loan deal but have not played a single game so far for the Italian club.

Antonio Conte is interested to bring the player back to Chelsea as he could provide a life line for the youngster whose career growth is halted at Milan.

“I think it’s just nonsense from the British tabloids, but in the transfer market anything is possible,” his representative Vincenzo Cavaliere told Tuttomercatoweb.

“Why isn’t he playing? I don’t know, the player is fine and he’ll be on the pitch on Monday for the Croatia Under-21s for their crucial match against Spain.“He’s living well, but he’d like to contribute to Milan’s cause. If it continues could he return to Chelsea? Of course, anything is possible.” mario-palisic
