Chelsea have been rocked with an utter loss of form this season that leaves them a mere 14th on the table and has resulted in many of their stars being unsettled at the club. With all such shenanigans, there was an expected departure of Jose Mourinho who left amid “palpable discord” amongst the dressing room as put by the Chelsea technical director, Michael Emenalo.
One such player is Eden Hazard, the current PFA Player of the Year and the highest earner on the Chelsea squad. He has only renewed his contract almost a year ago but seems to be unsettled at the club as he has been way below his known capabilities over the current season and has registered a grand total of zero goals in the campaign for the Blues so far. This misery is compounded by the fact that he could be heading to Manchester United over the next summer as they look to convince him to take the path that Mata chose just over a couple of years ago.
In retaliation, Chelsea look to raid their immediate rivals for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who has been in decent form for the Gunners but has almost irrecoverably lost out the starting spot over to Sanchez. He has been a personal favourite of Jose Mourinho who attempted to get him over at the Bridge as part of the Cech deal but failed due to Arsenal being stubborn.
It would be some move if Chelsea replaced a player with zero goals this season with a player who has zero goals and assists over the whole of 2015 in the league but the fact that Chelsea would probably keep the Englishman in an impact role behind Pedro makes it a decent possibility. With the player in question admitting that he would like to play more than he has been over the season, it could be a decent possibility that there is a sale from the Gunners over the window.
