Arguably one of the best players in the side at the moment, Hazard, is easily one of the best players even in Europe. He moved to Chelsea back in 2012 after 5 successful years at Lille and has now established himself as a regular started under Conte. Though he was out of form last season, he has 43 goals in 145 appearances for the Blues and is an impact player for the side.
