Chelsea ready to replace skipper:
John Terry, the long-standing skipper at the Stamford Bridge, has not been able to break into the first team at the club under the new manager.
He has been linked with an exit with the likes of AFC Bournemouth and a couple of clubs in China interested in his signature. And Chelsea are now already planning for life after him and are looking to replace him with Ben Gibson of Middlesbrough. The Blues are already plotting to bid for him first thing in the summer.
