Chelsea wants German youngster:
The Chelsea boss is known for spending on superstars in the transfer maker but he is also equally adept at scouting for young talent in Europe.
The Blues are now interested in the signature of 17-year old Jann-Fiete Arp who is also wanted by Wolfsburg and RB Leipzig. He is currently on trial at Hamburg and is yet to be offered a professional contract and Chelsea wants to be first in line to offer him one when he turns 18 this year. (Evening Standard)
