Chelsea are desperate for some defensive additions and they have been scouting Napoli left-back Fauozi Ghoulam for a while now.
The Italian outfit wants to keep him at the club but the 25-year old is not happy with the new offer and has officially rejected the contract extension, giving Chelsea a foothold. (The Evening Standard)
