The Blues are on the lookout for star defenders who can make the team stronger and the latest name doing the rounds is Inter Milan man Andrea Ranocchia.
The 28-year old spent the second half of the last season on loan and is now out of favor in Milan under the new boss. He is up for a move this January and Chelsea are plotting a move for him in the upcoming days. However, he is expected to be the last resort for Conte, if he fails to land his top transfer targets.
