Long-term target signs new deal:

Kalidou Koulibaly has signed a new long-term contract with Napoli which will keep him at the club until 2021.
The defender, who moved from Belgian club Genk to the Italian outfit in 2014, has been a top performer for the club and garnered a lot of attention from several top clubs across Europe. He was heavily linked with Chelsea and after chasing him throughout the summer, the Blues had to settle with David Luiz. The English outfit had a £42 million offer rejected by Napoli for the 25-year old.
Confirming the news, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis said: “I am happy to announce that Kalidou Koulibaly has renewed his contract with Napoli until 2021.”
His agent, Bruno Satin, told Tutto Mercato Web: “We have reached an agreement that both parties like and Kalidou is happy.
