In-form Chelsea would be looking to consolidate their place at the top of the Premier League table when they welcome Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday. Antonio Conte’s men have been in brilliant form and have won their last six games without conceding. But the Blues will probably face their toughest test in recent times as Mauricio Pochettino’s side is still unbeaten in the Premier League.
On the other hand, Spurs, who are lying fifth on the table, have not performed impressively in recent weeks. After managing a late win against West Ham last weekend, they were knocked out of the Champions League on Tuesday night by Monaco. However, they will be looking to set records straight against Chelsea after the Blues’ dented their title hopes last season with a 2-2 draw in May.
Team news:
Chelsea:
Antonio Conte is having no major injury issues as he is expected to stick to the same starting eleven that won 1-0 against Middlesbrough last Sunday. Kurt Zouma, who played for the Stamford Bridge outfit in their Premier League 2 win over Southampton on Monday, but is unlikely to feature in the squad as Conte has said that he will not rush the defender back into action.
